How Manilla could become the world capital in worldwide complete business services

Manilla could become the world's number 1 in BPO Business Process Outsourcing. Business process outsourcing (BPO) is a subset of outsourcing that involves the contracting of the operations and responsibilities of specific business functions (or processes) to a third-party service provider. In 2010, the Philippines surpassed India as the largest business process outsourcing industry in the world. Most BPO activities in the Philippines are call centers. Thus Manilla has become already the capital of call centers. But as it is my belief that call center will lose their importance in the near future. Other BPO-activities will have to be developed.

The Manilla call centers serve the English speaking market (USA, Australia, New-Zealand, United Kingdom).
However, this also means that there are a lot of established and growth markets which they aren't serving, because they don't speak the language.
But what if you could recruit native-speakers? What if you could, for instance recruit native German speakers, to enable you to target the German market? What if for instance Poland would become a strong growth economy, would it not be advantageous to have some Polish people in your staff? Because you would have a hard time communicating if you don't know any Polish.
In order to grow and target new markets, call centers should be hiring native speakers, at least as trainers and consultants but alsoas regular call center operators.
But why stop at call centers? If you would find Europeans willing to work in Philippines, maybe not all of them like to work in a call center. But they would probably more eager to come if you can offer them jobs in internet marketing, web content editors, copywriters, consultants, etc.
So as a company based in Manilla you could not only offer a service line to European businesses, you can also offer them a whole marketing program, build theirwebsites and their webshops, write and send their newsletters etc.
And I am sure that European companies will be eager to use this offer. Because those Manilla based companies, that are offering such a wide range of services, will take a lot of work out of their hands at a much lower price, than if they would have do it theirselves or outsource it within Europe.

The staff of these new business services companies will be a mixture of Filipinos (programming, website development, language trainees) and European (content, trainers, consultants) employees. The Filipino employees will receive standard filipino wages. That makes them much cheaper than people doing the same kind of work in European countries.
The European employees will not receive the salary which they would receive in their native country. But to filipino standards they will have a high salary.

Why would European employees want to work for a low salary?

Because it's not about how high your salary is in absolute figures. It's about the cost of living in the country in which you are working.

What I would suggest- a salary of 600 € nett- free fully furnished housing- company perks like free transport to the workplace, smartphone, tablet, laptop
In Europe a salary of 600 € would be ridiculously low. But because for 1 € in the Philippines you can buy so much more, 600 € would an attractive salary, for someone who is serious about relocating to the Philippines. And, because the company pays for the housing and some expensive perks, this would be an attractive offer.
Companies should buy residences and condo's in safe neighbourhoods, to lodge their European staff and their families. This would also be a smart investment. As the economy grows, prices of house in Metro Manilla and Laguna will increase exponentially. So a very positive ROI is to be expected.
Even with the housing and perks the European staff would cost less than if they were to be working in Europe. And the filipino staff will be even cheaper.

Staff will be kept motivated with bonus perks, promotions and  raise in salary for obtaining realistic targets.
