Spread your content with 75 million real people on Facebook. Too good to be true?

Spread your content with 75 million real people on Facebook. Not only does that not seem good English to me, this gig by facebook_hottie  on Fiverr also sounds too good to be true.

Does anybody have a clue how one would be able to spread one's content among 75 million people? Is that even possible? For 10 $ extra your message can reach up to 150 million Facebook users.
If this would be possible, why are companies complaining that Facebook is cutting down on their organic traffic reach? You don't have to worry about facebook ads because facebook_hottie makes advertising on Facebook really cheap and gets you bigger reach that you ever had before. Or doesn't she?

It looks like facebook_hottie will make a lot of internet marketeers unemployed, if she really has the magical skill to spread content to millions of Facebook users. Or is it all just a scam?

I know that it is very easy to buy facebook ads and possibly reach millions of users with your ad showing up and being ignored in their news feed. However, I am pretty sure that such advertising will cost more than $10 or $15, to reach millions of people on Facebook.

Nonetheless, facebook-hottie has received more than 100 orders for this gig and has earned a 97% satisfaction rate. So can somebody please tell me how this could ever be possible?

What do you think?  Real or scam?
And would this not affect your Google trustranking? Thus, better to stay away from this gig?
