Rotersand - Exterminate Annihilate Destroy

Rotersand is a German electronic music act, formed in September 2002 by musician/producer Gun and singer Rascal with dance music producer/DJ Krischan J.E. Wesenberg joining them shortly after.

Rotersand is often labeled as Futurepop. But since futurepop is a label to describe only a tiny circle of electronic music acts of which  VNV Nation,  Covenant  and Assemblage 23 are the most known.
I think it would be better not to use such a restrictive label on such an excellent band.
Moreover, Futurepop is such a 'retro' word.

So, call it Future Pop.  Call it Industrial Pop (referred to by the band itself). I wouldn't even call it Pop.
Maybe you could describe the Rotersand sound as melodic EBM or intelligent IDM.
But still those words don't offer a good description.

Unfortunately I could not find any official Rotersand videos on YouTube.
However I've stumbled upon some fanmade and live videos of the track  "Exterminate Annihilate Destroy" which has become a classic club hit.
Surely you will recognize the Dalek voice sample from the Doctor Who TV series.

With such a recognizable Dalek vocal sample, it was only a matter of time before some crazed Doctor Who fan puts together a Dalek music video. Still pretty good though.

This Doctor Who fan has clearly more love for the Doctor than for those poor Daleks.

This video was obviously made by a Dalek fan, who likes to see those mobile bread toasters exterminate, annihilate and destroy some unfortunate humans.

This video shows one way to dance to this Rotersand track. Ofcourse this is not the compulsary dance style. You may dance to this track any way you want

It's ok if you dance like this, too

But maybe he should take some industrial dancing lessons from this next guy

Apparently this track inspires to more than just dancing

A video put together with images of a Rotersand live performance.
It claims to be an official video.

Crazy Clip TV offers a better 'official' live video of Exterminate Annihilate Destroy.
It sounds also more 'live' than the previous video.
